Andrew Brown Wins $25,000 Heads-Up Pot Limit Omaha Championship
by referralcodefulltilt ~ January 19th, 2010. Filed under: Poker News.Andrew Brown or most commonly known under his online name as “Browndog19” has recently won the $25,000 Heads-Up Pot Limit Omaha Championship on Full Tilt that made him improve his standing in the poker world. In 2008, he also won one bracelet in the World Series of Poker worth $2,000 in the Omaha Hi/Lo tournament.
Winning in the Full Tilt allows him to feel more confident to play poker online unlike the first time he felt cocky when he won his first WSOP bracelet. Before, he use to call himself one of the best unknown PLO players and now he is very thankful for Full Tilt for he can now improve his poker resume.
Jared “Harrington25” Bleznick is the mentor Brown considers. He also claims that he was able to learn new tricks and tactics while watching his mentor play in the poker table. The toughest opponent he has encountered was Harry “UgotaBannana” Kackza when he always played with him cash games.
Even though Andrew Brown nabbed one of the most popular titles in the poker, he still claims that he does not have any wish to enter the high-stakes fray of the big games. Brown also added that people can expect more from PLO victories especially from him.
