PokerNews is taking poker seriously most especially when there are important events in the world of poker like the NBC Heads-Up Poker Championship. Here are some predictions from the staff of PokerNews.

According to their senior tournament reporter Donnie Peters, Don Cheadle will be the best poker performance by a celebrity while Huck Seed will be the best poker performance by a former WSOP Main Event winner. The dream TV Table match up for him is Darvin Moon vs. Jennifer Tilly that he thinks will also be the worst match in poker. Talking of worst, Phil Hellmuth will suffer the worst beat. Presently, Hellmuth is making the worst beat every time he beats. Howard Lederer stands no chance in playing poker so Peters believes that he has the biggest disappointment. However, Jason Mercier and Brock Parker will experience the best first time performance. Finally, the 2010 NBC Heads-Up Champion is predicted to be one of the four namely Brock parker, Jason Mercier, Annette Obrested and Joe Cada.

From the Editor-in-Chief/Executive Producer Matthew Parvis, Kara Scott will be the best poker performance by a celebrity and Jerry Yang will be the best poker performance by a former WSOP Main Event winner. The match between Tom Dwan and Patrik Antonius will be the dream TV table match. Unfortunately for Joe Cada, he will suffer the worst beat. Best performance for first timers will be JP Kelly and the champion for Parvis will be Phil Ivey.
